Solar Panel Project
Expression of Interest for Solar Panel Project - American International School of Abuja
The American International School of Abuja (AISA) is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced companies in the renewable energies sector, for the design and installation of a turn-key integrated energy solution, through our Solar Panel Project.
Project Overview:
The project involves providing a comprehensive energy solution through the design, installation of an integrated solar panel system at our institution. AISA is committed to environmentally sustainable practices and aims to reduce our carbon footprint. The selected company will be responsible for designing and installing a system that therefore aligns with our sustainability goals.
Expression of Interest Deadline:
Interested companies are invited to express their interest in participating in this project by submitting their details including a company portfolio to the AISA Procurement Officer, Bolanle Oladoyin, via email at procurement@aisabuja.com. The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is the 22nd of March.
Only companies that express interest before this deadline will be eligible to develop and present their proposals to the Facilities Committee, as part of the tender process.
Proposal Requirements:
Detailed proposals should include the scope of work, based on site inspections and a needs-based analysis. Additionally, proposals should feature a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis to aid in the decision-making process.
